SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

All abstracts (including
oral and poster
presentations) must be
submitted via this

NO LATER THAN 30 OCTOBER
2007

Abstracts must be
written in English.
-
Maximum 300 words / 2
200 characters
(including spaces and
excluding title and
contact information on
authors).
-
Please prepare your
abstract according to
the following headings;
Background/Objective,
Methods, Results and
Conclusions.
-
It is the author’s
responsibility to submit
a correct abstract; any
errors in spelling,
grammar, or scientific
fact will be reproduced
as typed by the author,
if accepted. Poor
English may be a cause
for rejection.
-
Please specify whether
the abstract is proposed
for oral or poster
presentation. Accepted
abstracts will be
printed in the Abstract
Book of the Conference.
-
An individual may
present more than one
abstract, but selection
will be at the
discretion of the
Scientific Committee.

Curriculum Development

As far as possible, the
Scientific Committee
will group the
presentation of
individual papers in
thematic symposia.

Depending on the number
of submissions received,
the Scientific Committee
will have to ensure that
some proportion of the
presentations are in
poster form. It reserves
the right to call for
this format in
individual cases, so as
to find space in the
programme for as many
participants as
possible.
-
Confirmation of receipt
of your abstract will be
sent to you via
Conference e mail at
once.
-
Applicants will be
notified by 15 DECEMBER
2007 as to whether they
have been allocated an
oral or poster session

BEST POSTER AWARD
They will offer an award to
3-5 best poster presenters
selected by members of the
Scientific Committee. The
award will include a
certificate and prize money.
