The objective of the conference is to
- promote integration of research and good clinical practice
using the
methods and multidisciplinary approaches of behavioural
medicine,
- incorporate new approaches from behavioural medicine to
improve
health outcomes, and
- address the challenges of lifestyles related diseases
The conference is aimed at people working in the medical
profession such as specialised doctors, psychiatrists, medical
assistants, nurses, psychologists, dietician and other health
care profession.

A Workshop on Research Training for Mental Health
Professionals will be conducted by Profs Kua Ee Heok and
Scott Henderson for the Western Pacific Division of the
Royal College of Psychiatrists (U.K.) and the Teachers
of Psychiatry Club. |
